Lawyer Fernando Leng Gausset graduated in 1995 from the Faculty of Law of the Gabriela Mistral University. He has a Master's in Business Law. He has participated in various courses, congresses and law seminars, both in Chile and abroad, including a negotiation program for lawyers (Program of Instruction for Lawyers) taught by the Harvard Law School (USA).

Between 2000 and 2002 he was a partner of the Law Firm "Ernst & Young IBS Servicios Legales", as a corporate advisor, and then worked from 2002 to 2009 as a partner of the Firm "IBS Abogados". In 2009, he joined Estudio Amat, Ruiz-Tagle & Compañía Abogados.

Specialties: Corporate, Bankruptcy, Labor and Real Estate Law.

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
